You must be a currently enrolled ELI Participant to posses a UTEP student parking permit.
Your parking hangers/decal permits are good through August 15, 2025.
ELI students may choose to purchase an annual permit to park in around campus.
Permits are renewed annually, every August.
You will need a permit to put on your windshield; this will identify you as an ELI participant. If you do not have a decal permit, please enroll yourself now.

Service Agreement
- All information provided MUST be correct. Failure to provide correct information/update old information may lead to citations.
- A parking permit is UTEP property and may not be altered, sold, or transferred to another person.
- The University is not responsible for damage/theft to vehicles on UTEP property.
- By purchasing a permit, you agree to follow the UTEP Parking and Transportation Services Rules and Regulations.
If your affiliation with the University changes/ends, your permit will be deactivated, and you must contact our office.
Note: Drivers are responsible for keeping permits visible on the dashboard or they may be cited. ELI will not be responsible for parking citations.
