Get moving from the comfort of your home. This workout includes exercise sequences designed to improve strength, cardiovascular health and mobility through various techniques, with an emphasis on core and muscle strengthening. It uses body weight and/or light weights, supplemented with aerobic, balancing and stretching training. Each class will target different fitness goals and offer educational tips to help you develop healthy nutrition and exercise habits, ultimately enhancing your quality of life.

ZoomWayne Gardner
Wayne Gardner is a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYS 200 Casa de Yoga) and has been teaching yoga/fitness classes for over 7 years. He is also a Certified Nutrition Coach (National Academy of Sports Medicine 2020). A life-long runner, he had a personal record at the Paavo Nurmi Marathon in August 2024. He has a daily meditation practice which he has found beneficial.
