Line dancing is for everyone. This invigorating low-impact dance class Is choreographed to music. The class is broken down into easy-to-learn repeating steps. A variety of stimulating music (from country and the 70s) is played and line danced for everyone’s enjoyment. This class is fun and energetic. Line dance will: burn calories, improve breathing, strengthen the heart, increase coordination and balance, and increase mobility. Classes meet in the Memorial Gym.

Genie Nicholson has been in the wellness industry as a national certified instructor thru the American Council on Exercise (certification no. F28990) and Silversneakers. She has multiple certifications in wellness including: adaptive fitness, senior fitness specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist.
