Line dancing is for everyone. This invigorating, low-impact dance class is choreographed to music. The class is broken down into easy-to-learn repeating steps. A variety of stimulating music (including country and music from the '70s) is played for everyone’s enjoyment. This class is fun and energetic. Line dance will burn calories, improve breathing, strengthen the heart, and increase coordination, balance and mobility. Classes meet in Memorial Gym.

Genie Nicholson has been in the wellness industry as a national certified instructor thru the American Council on Exercise (certification no. F28990) and Silversneakers. She has multiple certifications in wellness including: adaptive fitness, senior fitness specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist.
