This experiential course introduces crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments to explore how sound vibrations can support physical and mental wellness. Participants will learn how sound affects the body and mind, and experience a live demonstration designed to promote relaxation, balance and inner harmony. This is a single lecture on 10/3.

Annmarie De La Rosa is a proud UTEP alumna and a recent graduate with a doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit through therapeutic sound and intentional care.
