The T'ai Chi Chi Gung is a series of 16 linked movements based on the core principles of T'ai Chi. This set contains techniques that improve breathing, physical alignments and flexibility to create better physical and emotional balance. The use of the mind's intent to direct the movements creates a strong clear flow of internal energy. This method unifies your physical movements and brings them into harmony with your mind and spirit.

Steve Barowsky
Steve Barowsky is a teacher in T'ai Chi and related Taoist mind-body arts. He has pursued this path both traditionally and innovatively for almost thirty years, and has developed a philosophical understanding of the skills involved in both the practice and teaching of these arts. He has attended workshops and classes with many notable masters and teachers, and trained extensively in private lessons with Master Kuo Chun Mao in Chen-style t'ai chi solo form, two-person practices, chi gung, and meditation.Date | Day | Time | Location |
