Lynn Neakrase
Dr. Neakrase currently works for the NASA Planetary Data System Atmospheres Node at the NMSU Astronomy Department, where he works to archive atmospheric data from across the Solar System. Lynn is a geologist by trade with specialization in aeolian (wind-blown) processes and has published research on Earth, Mars, and Venus. His Ph.D. dissertation was on a lab-driven study of dust devil dynamics under Earth and Mars conditions. He has been a member of two Mars Missions (failed Mars Polar Lander mission (1999), and the highly successful Mars Exploration Rovers (Spirit & Opportunity; 2004-2009).
