Bianca Bernal
Bianca Bernal is a seasoned early childhood educator with 18 years of experience. She began her career as a youth activity leader at the YWCA and subsequently spent over six years at KinderCare, engaging with two-year-olds, preschoolers, and children of all ages. She taught 3- to 5-year-olds at the Head Start program in Artesia for three years before returning to El Paso to work in the Special Education department at Parkland Pre-K as a paraprofessional. After three years, Bianca accepted a teaching position at Head Start, where she continued to enrich her teaching skills for another three years. She is currently in her second year at Most Holy Trinity Catholic School, teaching Pre-K 4 and assisting with junior varsity girls' basketball and coed volleyball coaching.Bianca cherishes the growth, training, and learning opportunities her various roles have provided, which have strengthened her abilities as a teacher. Outside the classroom, Bianca is a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters and is married to her high school sweetheart. Her active participation in sports, including basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, dance, and wrestling, complements her coaching roles in recreational little league sports such as soccer, baseball, and basketball. Bianca enjoys reading and dancing in her leisure time.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
My certification in Integrative Health Coaching from YogaMed Co in Washington DC provides me with the opportunity to empower individuals and groups on their wellness journey.
As a competitive fencer and fencing coach, I see the benefits physical activity and movement have on our mind, body and spirit.
Teaching yoga allows me to guide others through breathing techniques, meditation and meaningful movement to overcome physical, mental and emotional trauma.
I am passionate about encouraging others to achieve their health and wellness goals.
